Waterloo Alchemist is Pausing Operations in Texas

Dear Friends,

Due to recent changes in Texas law regarding hemp-derived cannabinoids—including THCA and related products—we are heartbroken to announce that Waterloo Alchemist must suspend all operations in the state of Texas.

We started this business with one goal: to support the health, well-being, and autonomy of Texans by offering clean, lab-tested, and responsibly made products. Unfortunately, the current legal environment no longer allows us to do that in good faith or within the law.

This isn’t goodbye — just for now.

We fully intend to reopen in the future — whether that’s when Texas reconsiders its position or when progress is made at the federal level.

Until then, we want to say thank you. Your support, trust, and shared values have meant everything to us. Together, we stood for safe access and honest alternatives. We’re proud of what we built — and of the community that believed in us.
